This is the agreement between you and Tilefin IT Solutions (OPC) Private Limited for using OnePageCard Staging. Creating an account means accepting it.
OnePageCard Staging lets you build and publish a mini-website for your business, on a subdomain we provide or on a domain you own. Depending on your plan it can also take enquiries, appointments and event bookings on your behalf, and sell you a domain name.
Your content stays yours. We claim no ownership of your text, images, products or customer lists. You give us only the permission needed to host and display them — to store your site, serve it to visitors, and show it in our public examples if you have chosen to be listed.
What may not be published is set out in the Content Policy, and you are responsible for having the right to publish whatever you upload.
Each plan includes a number of products, photos, branches, storage and monthly bookings. Two things are worth knowing:
A domain bought through us is registered in your name and is yours. We act as an intermediary to a registrar and pass on their terms; registration, renewal and transfer are governed by the registry's rules and by ICANN's, which we cannot vary.
Renewal is your responsibility. We send reminders before and after the date, and if a domain does lapse you can usually recover it from your dashboard for about 28 days — the registry charges a redemption fee for this, which is why recovery costs several times a normal renewal, and you are shown the exact amount before you pay anything. After that window the registry releases the domain and anyone can register it, which is not something we can reverse.
We work to keep the service running and do not promise it never will not be. There is no uptime guarantee on any plan today, and we would rather say so than publish a number we have not measured.
We may change or discontinue features. Where a change removes something you rely on, we will give notice rather than remove it quietly.
We may suspend or remove a site, or an account, that breaches the Content Policy or the law. Where circumstances allow, we tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. Where they do not — content endangering someone, or active fraud — we act first.
You can close your account at any time from your dashboard. Deletion happens 14 days after you ask, and can be cancelled at any point in that window; your account works normally throughout.
When it completes, your sites and their content are permanently deleted and your subdomain becomes available to someone else. Export anything you want to keep before then.
We provide the service as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profits, lost business, or lost data beyond what we hold.
Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
None of this limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under consumer protection law where you live.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect rather than relying on you noticing the date at the top.
This agreement is governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kerala have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory law of your own country, or your right to bring a claim there.
