Content Policy

OnePageCard lets business owners build a public mini-site. This policy explains what isn't allowed on a site hosted with us, and what happens if it's found.

Prohibited content

The following is never allowed on any OnePageCard site, regardless of plan:

• Adult or sexual content — pornography, sexually explicit material, or content primarily intended to arouse.
• Anything endangering a minor — content that sexualizes, exploits, or otherwise endangers anyone under 18. This is enforced with zero tolerance.
• Hate speech, extremism, or terrorism — content that promotes violence or hatred against people based on race, religion, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, or disability, or that supports terrorist or extremist organizations or activity.
• Illegal goods or activity — sale of illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, or anything else illegal in the jurisdictions where your business operates.
• Scams and fraud — phishing, fake payment collection, pyramid/Ponzi schemes, or deliberately deceptive business claims.
• Infringing content — content that violates someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Malware or spam — anything designed to compromise a visitor's device, or a site whose primary purpose is spamming/scraping.

How this is enforced

Anyone — a visitor, a competitor, anyone — can report a specific site directly from that site's page ("Report this site" link). Every report is reviewed by a member of our team, not an automated system. There's no automatic action taken purely on a report being filed.

If we determine a site violates this policy, we may:

• Suspend the site immediately, taking it offline while we investigate further.
• Permanently remove the site and its content.
• Suspend or terminate the account that created it.

We don't proactively scan every site's content today — enforcement currently relies on reports. This may change as the platform grows.

Closing your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time, from the profile page in your dashboard. There is nothing to email and nobody to ask.

Deletion does not happen immediately. Your request is carried out 14 days after you make it, and you can cancel at any point in that window — your account and your sites carry on working normally in the meantime. The delay is deliberate: deletion is the one action with nothing to undo it, so if a request was made by mistake, or by someone who had got into your account, the confirmation email gives you time to stop it.

When the request is carried out we permanently delete your account, every site on it and all their content, and your personal details. Your subdomain becomes available for someone else to register. We keep records of payments you made, because we are required to hold those for tax purposes; they are no longer linked to a live account.

Reporting a site

Every published mini-site has a small "Report this site" link at the bottom of the page. If you'd rather write to us than use the form, email abuse@onepagecard.com — tell us the address of the site and what is wrong with it, so we have enough to act on.
