Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated 11 Sep 2026

This is one policy for every country we sell in, rather than a different one per market. Where the law where you live gives you more than this policy does, the law wins and nothing here reduces it.

The 14 days

If you are unhappy with a paid plan, tell us within 14 days of your first payment for it and we will refund you in full. You do not have to give a reason.

The refund goes back to whatever you paid with, and how long it takes to appear is your bank's business rather than ours — usually a few working days.

Cancelling

Nothing on OnePageCard renews automatically. There is no recurring charge to stop and no card left on file taking money each month.

That means cancelling is not really cancelling — it is simply not buying the next period. Your plan carries on working until the period you already paid for ends, and then your site drops to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.

Because of that, we do not refund part of a period you are still using. You paid for that time and you keep it.

Domains

Domains work differently from plans, and the difference is not ours to change.

Once a domain is registered, the registrar has been paid and that money is gone — it is not sitting with us to give back. Registration is also usually immediate, so there is rarely a window in which nothing has happened yet.

If you paid for a domain and it has not been registered yet — because registration failed, or is still in progress — tell us and we will refund it.

Wallet credit

We can put the value back on your account as credit instead of returning it to your card, which is often faster and is useful if you are staying with us anyway.

This is always your choice. Where you are entitled to a refund, credit is offered as an alternative and never as a substitute.

Credit is applied automatically at checkout — on a plan, a domain, a renewal or a domain recovery. It comes off the total and you pay only the difference; if it covers the whole amount, there is nothing left to pay. Credit is held in the currency it was issued in and is not converted, so credit issued in rupees settles rupee charges.

Rights this policy does not reduce

Nothing above limits rights you have under the law where you live. In particular:

If this policy and the law where you live disagree, the law applies. You never have to argue that with us.

How to ask

Email billing@onepagecard.com with the email address on your account and what you would like refunded. If you are unsure whether something qualifies, ask anyway — we would rather answer than have you assume.
